Security measures in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic:

. exhaustive training to our staff given by a certified international entity

. all our rooms, common areas, surfaces, buttons, knobs, etc., are regularly disinfected with certified virucidal products and registered with the General Health Department

. we reinforce the disinfection of our rooms with misting through virucidal disinfectants registered with the General Health Department

. depending on the occupation, our breakfast can be à la carte or in an assisted buffet

. lunches - light meals in our Bar and Esplanades meeting the standards required by the DGS

. dinners - menus served in the Restaurant and Esplanades complying with the standards required by the DGS

. protective acrylics at the reception

. outdoor pool - with less space for use, in order to ensure the required distance and other mandatory standards posted

 


Because everyone's safety is fundamental in this period and an essential point for us,
we have implemented several routine procedures, highlighting:

. possibility of pre check-in via online

. check-in temperature check

. delivery of a single document at check-in with relevant information on hotel services, internal rules and service schedules

. distance marks on the floor, circulation arrows, informational signs in various places, alluding to various internal prevention rules

. disinfectant wipes available at Reception for phones or cards

. large number of disinfectant dispensers throughout the hotel for your use
