Security measures in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic:

. exhaustive training for our Staff by a certified international entity

. guarantee that the room you will occupy has been free for the last 24 hours for ventilation, cleaning and thorough hygiene

. all our rooms, common areas, surfaces, buttons, handles, etc. are regularly disinfected with certified virucidal products and registered with the General Directorate of Health

. we reinforce the disinfection of our rooms with fogging through virucidal disinfectants registered with the General Health Directorate

. we removed most of the decorative textile objects and carpets from the rooms and public areas, in order to allow a more hygienic cleaning effective

. we removed all the information on paper existing in the rooms, choosing to put part of it on television, in order to minimize contacts and in a single explanatory document that will be delivered to you at check-in (or you may choose to look up in the QR Code);

. in the summer months, we will take care that the hotel will operate below full occupancy

. offer of a kit per customer including a mask, a pair of nitrile gloves and a sachet with disinfectant wipe

. disinfection mats for Clients and Employees are available at all hotel entrances

. depending on the occupation, our breakfast can be à la carte or in an assisted buffet

. the room service will be carried out in single-use packages with an ecological line

. lunches - light meals in our Bar and Esplanades complying with the standards required by DGS

. dinners - menus served in the Restaurant and Esplanades complying with the standards required by the DGS

. permanent opening of the access doors to the service stairs, in order to give priority to their use over the elevators, if you prefer

. protection acrylics in Reception

. outdoor pool - with less space to use, in order to guarantee the required distance and other mandatory rules posted


Because everyone's safety is fundamental in this period and an essential point for us,
we have implemented several routine procedures, highlighting:

. possibility of pre-check-in via online

. temperature check at check-in

. delivery of a single document at check-in with relevant information about hotel services, internal rules and service schedules (or you may choose to look up in the QR Code)

. relevant information about the hotel's operation and services available on your room television and in the single document delivered at check-in

. distance marks on the floor, circulation arrows, information signs in various locations, alluding to various internal prevention rules

. use of mandatory mask inside the building, for Customers and Employees

. disinfectant wipes available at Reception for phones or cards

. large amount of disinfectant dispensers scattered throughout the hotel, for your use


Due to the current context, there are still some conditioning in several services, such as the Spa and Kids Club (closed until date to be informed).
